Blue Valley School District’s Newest Elementary School Officially Opens August, 2017
The school will offer 80,500 square feet of finished space with the following classrooms: (27) K-5 classrooms, (3) Early Childhood classrooms, (1) Art room, (1) Music room. * The school will be a similar footprint to Timber Creek Elementary, with minor modifications which is also located in the Matt Adam Community of Mills Farm. The school features the following:
• Separate drive loops for buses and parent drop-off/pick up   •  Two synthetic turf playgrounds on-site – one for K-5, one for early childhood  • Additional power incorporated into classrooms to meet demanding needs of modern technology  •  Building design provides ample natural daylight to educational spaces, promoting positive learning environments  • Energy efficient building mechanical systems, electrical systems and design  • Building design promotes safe learning environments, including classroom corridors designed to meet ICC 500 storm shelter requirements *
