Celebrating new communities this spring with special promotions

Leading new home builder Summit Custom Homes will have a busy spring in 2016 with several new communities opening. To celebrate, Summit will cover up to $2,500 in closing costs for members of the service community, including employees of military, police and firefighting services as well as school, city and government employees. The promotion runs now through April 30th and is valid with accepted contracts on any Summit home in Kansas City.

Summit recently celebrated the grand opening of the highly-anticipated lakeside Mill Creek of Summit Mill community in Lee’s Summit.

Located off Langsford Road east of Todd George Road in Lee’s Summit, Mill Creek of Summit Mill features a swimming pool, stocked fishing lake and an elementary school located within the community. New homes in Mill Creek start in the $330s and a limited number of premium lakeside lots are available.

The community is just two blocks east of MO-291N, where daily services and a wide range of shopping and dining options, including a Walmart, are available. The community is also located ten minutes from the charming downtown Lee’s Summit shopping district.
