Lakeside at Chapman Farms Opens New Phase
Parkwood at Stoney Creek Opens New Phase

Award-winning builder, Summit Custom Homes, has announced that they are opening new phases in two of their communities: Lakeside at Chapman Farms and Parkwood at Stoney Creek. Summit is hosting Grand Openings for each of these communities.

Lakeside at Chapman Farms’ Lot Release Weekend/Grand Opening took place the weekend of October 26 and 27. Many premier lots are still available. The newest phase, consisting of 42 beautiful building lots, includes popular daylight, walkout, and lake front lots. The community is located on the east side of 7 Highway about one half mile north of Colbern Road, and features a stocked fishing lake, walking trails, swimming pool, and cabana house.
