Kansas City’s largest new home builder is now showcasing a new model home and Community Information Center in Olathe.

The Reserve at Ravenwood is located 1.5 miles east of K-7 just south of 119th Street on the east side of Iowa Street. The new Community Information Center is located at 12059 S. Pine Street inside a brand new model of Summit’s popular Bayfield floor plan.

“We are thrilled to open our beautiful new model at Reserve at Ravenwood and to offer the first move-in ready homes. The community is in an ideal Olathe location, perfect for busy families looking for the best schools and easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment and the everyday services they need to keep home running smoothly,” says Rachelle Moley, Community Manager for Reserve at Ravenwood.

The 1.5 story Bayfield showcases a total of 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. An open main level with a two-story tall great room with 18-ft. ceiling off the kitchen and dining area. The main level master suite features stunning custom tile in the bathroom as well as a large walk-in closet that connects directly to the laundry room. An upstairs loft offers a secondary family living space near the two upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The model showcases a lower level finish complete with a third family living space, wet bar, additional bathroom and two more bedrooms.

Several move-in ready new homes are now available in the Reserve at Ravenwood priced from the mid-$300s.
A limited number of additional new homes are now under construction and will be move-in ready later this fall, including a variety of ranch, 2-story, reverse 1.5-story and 1.5-story homes suitable for every family’s needs.

The Reserve at Ravenwood is the first Summit Exclusive Community to be built on the Kansas side, with Summit Homes acting as both the developer and the exclusive new home builder. The dual role of developer and builder allows Summit to assure families that the community and its amenities will be well-maintained over time and will grow with a harmonious aesthetic to create lasting value in their new home investment.

The Reserve at Ravenwood is located within the award-winning Olathe Public Schools district, across the street from Ravenwood Elementary and just down the street from Olathe Northeast High School. The community will feature a swimming pool and is five minutes from Mill Creek Streamway Park, which connects to scenic walking and biking trails along the 17-mile Gary L. Haller National Recreation Trail. A large shopping and dining complex offering a Walmart and nearly a dozen restaurants is five minutes south along KS-7 at Santa Fe.

Summit Homes is offering homes from their award-winning Lifestyle Collection in the Reserve at Ravenwood. Floor plans from the Lifestyle Collection are thoughtfully designed and value-engineered to minimize waste and maximize value. The builder also included additional energy-saving technologies to create homes that are more than 15% more efficient than homes merely built to code.

Additionally, Summit’s award-winning designer crafted unique and stylish design packages for the homes in the Reserve at Ravenwood. The custom design packages combine the latest trends in home design and popular upgrades, offering a selection of perfectly coordinated packages that appeal to a variety of tastes.
