Following the best year in home sales since 2007, developer Hunt Midwest Residential has responded to the increased demand for homesites. Eagle Creek and Benson Place Fieldstone each welcomed new phases in December, giving builders and home buyers a jump on homebuilding opportunities in 2014.

“We opened four new phases in 2013, with the latest two phases being in Eagle Creek and Benson Place Fieldstone,” says Jenni Mann, marketing manager for Hunt Midwest Residential. “The timing is ideal for buyers to choose their homesite now and have their home built by summer.”

The thirteenth phase of Eagle Creek includes 60 homesites with nearly half as walkouts backing to trees or green space. The site for the second community pool is also included in this phase and the planning and design of the amenity is well underway.
