In December, award-winning builder, Summit Custom Homes featured a special Grand Opening weekend to introduce the newest phase of Parkwood at Stoney Creek, located just south of Missouri 150 off of Stoney Creek Parkway one quarter mile west of Ward Road in Lee’s Summit.
