The Reserve at Riverstone – The Northland’s “Newest” Community
Although development first began nearly eight years ago in The Reserve at Riverstone, recent improvements have left it looking and feeling like a brand new community.

The second phase of The Reserve at Riverstone opened in December and includes 40 premiere homesites, with a limited number backing to open space. Other additions include a brand new community swimming pool, entrance monument and nearly 100 trees and other landscaping at the north entrance off of Tiffany Springs Road.

“The Reserve at Riverstone has always been a beautiful neighborhood, but the improvements have made it simply stunning,” said Lisa White, ReeceNichols agent and community manager. “Interest from homebuyers has increased dramatically over the last year. People who want to build or buy new look for that community where they can see things are happening and, in Riverstone, construction is happening throughout.”

The swimming pool will open in early summer, adding to other amenities such as walking trails and natural areas. The lazy-L shaped pool will have multiple underwater bench levels to give people several places to relax throughout. Additional features include a shallow area with bubbler fountains, deck surfaces with temperature reducing coating, pergolas for shade and a bath house with restrooms.

The Reserve at Riverstone boasts an experienced, award-winning builder team made up of Aspen Homes, Sallee Homes, Brookeview Design Build, Robertson Construction and Ernst Brothers Construction. There are currently six homes under construction, including 2-story, 1.5-story and reverse 1.5-story floor plans, and one complete 2-story by Sallee Homes.

“The diversity of homes that the builders have to offer provides something for people in every stage of life, whether they’re a young family or empty nesters,” said White. “Stone is required on the façade of every home, also adding variety and interest to the streetscape.”

Students living in The Reserve at Riverstone attend Renner Elementary School, Plaza Middle School, Congress Middle School and Park Hill High School, all within the highly sought after Park Hill School District. In fact, the district was recently ranked in the top five districts in the metro by the Kansas City Business Journal.

The Reserve at Riverstone is a 293-acre mixed use, master planned community that includes 284 single family homes, 500 for sale townhomes, a senior independent living community, luxury apartments and 85-acres of retail. It is located on Tiffany Springs Road, just north of MO-152 and west of I-29 and within walking distance of family oriented hotspots such as the Tiffany Springs Sports Complex, Springs Water Park and one of the city’s premier shopping districts, Zona Rosa. Homes start in the mid $300s.

The Reserve at Riverstone is marketed exclusively by ReeceNichols. Model homes are open Saturday and Sunday from 12-5pm. For more information, contact Lisa White or Julie Johnson at 816.584.2654 or visit HuntMidwestKC.com.
