A renaissance is underway in The Reserve at Riverstone. With an experienced builder team, ideal location and unbeatable amenities, it’s no wonder.

“Interest in The Reserve at Riverstone from home buyers and builders has increased dramatically,” says Jenni Mann, marketing manager with Hunt Midwest Residential. “In fact, we’ve hired a second real estate agent to keep up with the demand.”

Jim Robertson with Robertson Construction began building in The Reserve at Riverstone last year after the community caught his eye while watching his children’s soccer game at Tiffany Springs Sports Complex.

“I was at the kids’ soccer game when I looked across the road and saw Riverstone,” Robertson said. “I thought it was a great location and would be a great place to build.”

Since then, Aspen Homes and Sallee Homes have joined the team, providing buyers with a wide range of homes to choose from. Robertson Construction currently has two, 2-story homes that are move-in ready. Other homes under construction include a 2-story by Aspen Homes and a 1.5-story and reverse 1.5-story by Sallee Homes. For buyers wanting to build from the ground up, choice walkout home sites are still available.

The Reserve at Riverstone is located on Tiffany Springs Road, just north of M-152 and west of I-29, and is within walking distance of family oriented hotspots such as Tiffany Springs Sports Complex, Springs Water Park and one of the city’s premier shopping districts, Zona Rosa.

Students living in The Reserve at Riverstone attend Renner Elementary School, Plaza Middle School, Congress Middle School and Park Hill High School, all within the highly sought after Park Hill School District. In fact, the district was recently ranked in the top five districts in the metro by the Kansas City Business Journal.

Hunt Midwest Residential recently announced plans to start construction on the swimming pool, with an expected completion by summer 2015. In the meantime, residents enjoy free family passes to the neighboring Springs Water Park. Additional amenities will include a recreation area, a walking and biking trail and natural areas. Plans for the second phase of the community are well underway.

“Current residents and prospective buyers are very excited about the new pool,” explains Aimee Miller, community manager for The Reserve at Riverstone. “The addition of this amenity to an already beautiful neighborhood is sure to put Riverstone at the top of home buyers’ lists.”

The Reserve at Riverstone is planned for 284 single-family homes and home prices start in the mid $300,000s. The Reserve is part of the 293-acre mixed use Riverstone development that includes 500 for-sale townhomes, a senior independent living community, luxury apartments and 85 acres of retail.

Hunt Midwest Residential is owned by the Lamar Hunt family and is proud to be celebrating 20 years of residential real estate development. For more information about The Reserve at Riverstone, contact community managers Aimee Miller or Lisa White at 816-584-2654 or visit HuntMidwestKC.com.
