Whispering Pines Estates...The Best of Both Worlds
Whispering Pine Estates
offers country setting with quick city access.

Nestled in a quiet corner of Kansas City, Kansas, just a short drive from the popular Village West entertainment and retail complex, the idyllic residential community of Whispering Pines Estates gives homebuyers a balance of country feel and city convenience. And on December 1, the established community will begin offering new home sites for sale.

Inspired Homes, the exclusive builder of Whispering Pines Estates, is beginning phase two of the neighborhood’s development, offering lots and build-to-suit homes in a variety of classic styles and floor plans.

Each new home in Whispering Pines Estates will be designed and constructed in the charming tradition of the existing homes in the neighborhood, including exterior styles such as Prairie and Craftsman. Each home will be built with the homebuyer’s choice of architectural style, interior layout and finishes.

Prices for these fully personalized homes start in the $260s.

“In an area that has seen tremendous positive growth over the last decade, Whispering Pines Estates is a great community for families,” said Dan Walsh, Vice-President of Inspired Homes. “Here, homebuyers can build the home they want, at a price they can afford, in an area that is safe and serene but not too far removed from the amenities that active families want.”
Each home will feature high-quality energy-efficient materials, such as blown-in insulation, a high-efficiency furnace, a dry-basement system and low-E glass windows. Homes are available in nine different floor plans—ranging in size from 1,600 to 3,500 square feet—each with three different architectural styles, and all will have a three-car garage. Each home’s exterior will feature top-quality James Hardie ColorPlus Technology siding and trim.

In order to construct attractive, energy-efficient houses at an affordable price, Inspired Homes uses a unique homebuilding formula, says Walsh.

“Inspired Homes leverages a series of industry best practices so we’re able to build a well-constructed, personalized home for each home buyer without charging them an arm and a leg,” said Walsh. “We’ve taken common homebuilding processes and procedures and eliminated the parts that waste time, money and energy. The result is a highly efficient homebuilding process that creates a highly efficient, beautiful home for each buyer.”

Whispering Pines Estates is located in the award-winning Piper School District and is just minutes away from attractions like the Legends Outlets retail complex, the world-class Sporting Park (home of the national champion Sporting KC soccer team), and Kansas Speedway (the state’s number one tourist attraction!). Within the neighborhood itself, residents enjoy a swimming pool, nature trails, a community clubhouse, a sand volleyball court, a soccer practice field and a basketball practice court. The community is just an 18-minute drive from downtown Kansas City, Mo., which boasts additional attractions like the Sprint Center, the Kansas City Power & Light entertainment district, the River Market and the Crossroads arts district.
