Award Winners and New Leadership Recognized at Inaugural Event
The HBA Inaugural Celebration was a night to recognize the outstanding contributions of individuals who have made a lasting and significant impact on housing in Kansas City. More than 120 members and guests gathered, December 1, at Boulevard Brewing Company to welcome the new Board President and leadership and to present three distinctive awards.

Kevin Stucker, the HBA’s 67th President, introduced the following members who will serve on the HBA Board of Directors Executive Committee.

• President: Kevin Stucker, K Stucker Enterprises
• Vice President: Fred Delibero, Summit Custom Homes, LLC
• Secretary/Treasurer: Chris Ragland, Homes by Chris
• Associate Representative: Kevin Kirtley, K & E Flatwork
• Immediate Past President: Travis Graham, Graham Construction
• Executive Vice President: Sara Corless, Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City

The spotlight also shown on the following award winners:

Builders Hall of Fame: Travis Graham, Graham Construction

Fred J. Geier Associate of the Year: Jim Humbert, Advantage Framing

Bob Bollier Award: Ken Rosberg, Cedar Creek Development Company
